1. Intelligent starting system:
The system adopts two-stage starting of electric lock power-on + card swiping to prevent unrelated people from misoperating and causing safety accidents, which complies with the national TSG81 safety regulations.
2. Direct motor drive:
The oil pump adopts direct motor drive to directly convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, improve transmission efficiency, reduce energy loss, and increase energy utilization by more than 10%.
3. Seat power-off + 0PS protection:
The standard seat has good shock absorption performance and more comfortable driving.
The seat has a sensing function, which automatically cuts off the power when leaving the seat to prevent vehicle misoperation and make driving safer.
4. New body:
The power battery is arranged under the chassis, the center of gravity is lowered, the stability is enhanced, and the ride is safer.
The short wheelbase and short rear overhang design have a small turning radius, more flexible operation, and stronger adaptability to working conditions.
5. Maintenance-free steering axle:
Casting integrated steering axle, the main shaft bearing adopts tapered bearing, which has stronger impact resistance and extends the life of the axle;
Buffer blocks are installed at the contact parts with the vehicle body to reduce fatigue and improve comfort

Adopting full hydraulic load sensing system, steering priority, faster steering response speed and easy operation;
The hydraulic pipeline of the whole vehicle adopts 24° cone + O-ring seal, which is more reliable and reduces oil leakage.

Adopting mature lithium battery module, the charging and discharging efficiency is more than 90%, 1.5-2 hours fast charging, charging at any time, efficient and reliable; communication insulation protection design, built-in leakage protection function, millisecond response, safer to use.
5 years or 10,000 hours long warranty, capacity retention rate greater than 80% standard battery heating function, in the cold winter, it can also be charged and discharged freely;
BMS monitors the three-electric system in real time through the CAN bus, fault alarm, rapid diagnosis, to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
8. Intelligent controller + LCD display
The CAN bus monitors the power battery, motor, electrical components, etc., and in case of leakage, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults, the vehicle-related actions are restricted, and the fault alarm is given through the display screen, making driving safe and reliable.
9. Advanced ergonomics layout:
The operating space is enlarged, 20% more than that of traditional forklifts, low-torque steering gear + small-diameter adjustable steering wheel, steering is easier;
Punching non-slip pedals + welded enlarged handles, climbing is safer
10. New wide-view mast:
The mast is optimized and upgraded, and the pipeline mast is arranged on both sides of the rear, with a wider view in the middle.
