Reliability and Durability
- The engine components are optimized, such as dust filter, muffler, starter with longer warranty, self-checking generator, low-noise fan, water-cooled air compressor and water alarm of oil-water separator, which reduce the overall failure rate and contribute to strong power & high reliability
- Optimized torque converter better matches the engine, and the speed of each gear is fast, thus the working efficiency is higher. The core components are reinforced, providing stronger overall power and higher reliability.
- The ventilator of the booster pump is enlarged and put in the cab, eliminating the dust into the pump. Enlarged iron oil cup increases the reliability.
- The wheel base is increased to 3200mm, contributing to better stability in work and walk. The composite structure of tapered rolling bearing and knuckle bearing that adopted for the articulated position and the strengthened articulated plate increase the bearing capacity and articulating reliability.
Cost-effectiveness and High Efficiency
- Three-stage air filters are specially designed for severe working conditions in construction machinery industry. Multistage fuel filters provide excellent fuel adaptability. Three power curves can be chosen for meeting different working conditions, featuring wide range adaption, cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Planetary transmission is stable and reliable, ensuring smooth work. The gears are 2 forward and 1 reverse, easy to operate, which increase the working efficiency. Efficient linkage system features fast movement, large breakout force, good lifting performance and high filling coefficient, reducing the unnecessary consumption and thus increasing the utilization of power
- Dual-pump-converging system and added equivalent unloading function for steering system make the total cycle time shorter and handling efficiency higher, increasing the energy-saving effectiveness to 8%.
Comfort
- The wheel tread is extended to 2250mm, increasing the lateral stability, driving safety and comfort. The brake calipers' room is enlarged, which improves the convenience of inspection and maintenance.
- Centralized layout of lubricating points makes the filling for grease more convenient. External lubricating points increase the convenience of maintenance. Enlarged lubricating pipe diameter reduces the flow resistance of the grease and improves the convenience of maintenance.
- Self-developed digital instrument display has simple and elegant appearance, provides visual enjoyment like driving in a car, monitors the loader's work status in real time, and contributes to excellent man-machine interaction.
